In my professional life, I have worked in various job professions. From waitressing throughout my high school years to working with business development, I have always loved working with people and being part of a team. I strive in diverse work environments, with adaptability and empathetic communication. I started working with organisational design right after I graduated, transitioning from an Executive Assistant to roles in Executive Administration, Scrum Mastery, and Agile coaching.With a focus on agile methodologies and organisational development, I've cultivated expertise while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Public Relations. This journey has been especially fun through the experiences in different organisations and countries, being able to gain knowledge from new settings and learning how to adapt to various situations. Beyond professional endeavours, I enjoy being creative, whether through photography, painting, or graphic design, as well as being very active, and travelling and learning new languages.I believe that the most important things we can do are connect and continuously grow, I approach each opportunity with authenticity and dedication, seeking to create value and make meaningful relationships.
