Led MIMS through a time of great change. Led the HR team through the strategic review and sale of the business from UBM Ltd to Electra Partners, then subsequently to Matsui/ SMS based in Japan. Secondly, this role has been highly focused on developing a HR infrastructure to support our teams across the APAC region. Ensuring that commercial realities and strategic aims compliment one another.
