Led MIMS through a time of great change. Led the HR team through the strategic review and sale of the business from UBM Ltd to Electra Partners, then subsequently to Matsui/ SMS based in Japan. Secondly, this role has been highly focused on developing a HR infrastructure to support our teams across the APAC region. Ensuring that commercial realities and strategic aims compliment one another. Our work also focused on repositioning the brand both internally and externally to ensure we remain relevant today and ready for our future business challenges. This has led for example, to the development of new employee brand values and an education and implementation drive across the business.
