Career Teachers consistently grew as result of the investments in staff and operating systems as well as managerial know how and leadership. Having built the team to a total of 44 staff, Career Teachers had an ever increasing presence across the 32 London boroughs and the surrounding counties. Combined with my role as Managing Director I also directly managed the South Primary Team until 2016 in which I also ran a desk in excess of 400 days per week until December 2014. Career Teachers supplies all education staff including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, LSA's, Cover Supervisors, Exam Invigilators and facility staff to Primary, Secondary and SEN schools. I joined ASA Education as a consultant when Education Recruitment was in it's infancy. I worked successfully with both Primary and Secondary schools across South London, building relationships and business until moving on to set up Career Teachers.
