Along with school, I am a tutor for didactic and simulation lab courses, help run the research committee within the Special Care Dental Association club at Marquette, and do research on using AI software to help with diagnostic decisions within radiology.

My research contributes to the conversion residue valorization team with the goal of understanding budding yeast growth to enable the synthesis of bioproducts. Additionally, I am trying to quantify intraspecific variation of T. delbrueckii strains due to varying habitats.

The Hittinger Lab within the UW Department of Genetics and Biotechnology uses yeast carbon metabolism as a model for basic bioenergy, biomedical, and evolutionary research. Our research interests and integrated approaches are at the intersection of biodiversity; biochemistry; biotechnology; and functional, ecological, and evolutionary genomics.

Wisconsin Hoofers is the largest student organization on UW-Madison's campus. I lead 7 other club's marketing directors along with executing overall marketing efforts for the entire club.

- Manage audit-related inventory of merchandise in order to have a POS compliant system- Monitor and track finances in order to perform data analysis - Automate physical surveys to digital- Perform distribution & assessment of customer feedback surveys- Manage marketing assets, distribution, and social strategy with UW Union Marketing- Revise branded customer relationship management - Strategize and execute new member and new customer onboarding

- Provide sampling at accounts and other promotional events to drive sales in the Madison, WI markets- Sell into set local accounts with the assistance of local Ranger, including building and maintaining relationships/partnerships and visibility in the marketplace- Provide excellent customer service and education on NBB beers, culture and business practices- Engage customers through social media outlets as required, adhering to legal compliance and internal policies- Understand and maintain legal compliance when serving and selling our beers- Availability to work flexible hours, up to 15-20 hours/week

Nominated by Food Science Professor, Monica Theis, to be part of the first ever brewing R&D independent study within UW. Worked on WBC Radler product line and collaboration with Heineken on the Wild Lager Project.
