I am a provisionally registered psychologist and a candidate for the combined Doctor of Philosophy Master of Organisational Psychology with key interests in improving culture, employee safety and experience, patient safety and experience in healthcare. Leveraging the depth and breadth of life and work experience, I am dedicated to contributing to the field of Organisational Psychology and healthcare with the aim to improve healthcare systems, patient safety, and the patient experience through advanced research and applied practice. Diverse corporate experience has been gained in both HR and business functions. Experience extends to complex people-centred organisations, with both local and global presence, across multiple industries including Public Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services, and the Airline Industry.
