Launch of Record Fund: Record Fund is a passive investment fund (ETF). At the time the first of its kind in Belgium. My role was to coordinate all Marketing & Communication aspects.Setup of tactical plans to reach KPI’s: acquisition, retention, upselling, cross and deep selling (e.g. cash bonus Funds, transfer Pension Funds).Responsible for the coordination of Marketing & Communication actions based on these tactical plans.Communication of campaigns, product launches, mergers, … towards stakeholders.Project lead for several projects such as the merger of funds (e.g. two pension funds: Record Top Pension Fund and Star Fund), acquisition of portfolios (e.g. Record Top Pension Fund portfolio of ABN AMRO), ...SPOC for setting up sensitive internal and external communication (e.g. migration Record Bank into ING).Events: organization of the final Record event for the staff (Event Lounge, Brussels) in collaboration with an event agency.Managing the value chain of the Invest and Securities products. Making sure every step in the online and offline process is efficient starting from a customer ordering a product until the processing at the back office (always putting the customer and the customer journey first).
