Founder member the Executive management team and relevant boards of the Openwork group, an FSA Approved Person for Openwork Ltd and Openwork Market Solutions Ltd (an IFA and Annuities Bureau), having worked on the FSA authorisation process including the design of key governance, risk and regulatory functions.Responsibilities included overall Governance and Sales Quality matters for the group: Apportionment & Oversight, management of Exec and Board meetings, NED support, Compliance, Risk management, Internal Audit, Complaints, Financial Crime, Data Protection and Security, Business Continuity and Legal Services (via Outsourcing) for the multi tie regulated business, and relationship management with the FSA. I have experience in the preparation and management of ARROW visits, thematic and firm specific FSA visits including TCF and Pensions Transfer Review and achieving a successful S166. Key projects included establishing Omnis Investments Ltd, a JV with Octopus Investments Ltd, to sponsor Multi Manager OEIC funds achieving over £100m AUM within 6 months of launchChair of the Horizon Group, made up of senior industry regulatory directors and a platform speaker at public conferences.
