As an on-site recruitment representative dedicated to Shire Pharmaceuticals, I provide white glove service to executive hiring mangers and candidates by facilitating a smooth and productive hiring process from first round interview through placement.

Recruited, hired and managed staff, interns and volunteers in seven regional field offices in Columbus Ohio and Maine's highly contested 2nd Congressional District. Conducted targeted searches using complex database of voter files to strategically contact voters in key swing districts.
