The Best Buddies CT State Advisory Board is a group of diverse community leaders who work with local staff to raise funds and awareness for Best Buddies.

- Collaborated with managers to assist in program design, development outreach, and engagement for the Best Buddies Citizens Program.- Conducted community outreach initiatives, and organized the Fairfield County Friendship Walk

- Served as a Research Assistant for the Moral Psychology and Social Cognition Laboratory.- Analyzed research and data from four experiments. - Created an APA research poster and presented at Sigma Xi Research Symposium.

Through the Human Resources Analyst Development Program internship I had the opportunity to work as a summer analyst on the Benefits team. Throughout the 9-week program I gained new skills, grew my professional network, and worked on a variety of projects. I specifically supported the US Benefits team on plan design, communications projects, and data analysis. I also collaborated with my fellow interns on a summer case study, and presented it to the Human Resources Operating Committee.

- Organized and instructed a weekly two-hour lab for a Behavioral Statistics course.- Instructed undergraduate students on the use of SPSS, Excel, and analyzing data.- Assisted the professor during lectures and provided feedback for undergraduate students through grading assignments and exams.
