-Service, grow and maintain base of 800 customers, building strong relationships for repeat sales.-Continually improve product knowledge to educate customers and mentor colleagues.-Secure premier product placement within interiors libraries and deliver all marketing materials in a timely manner, ensuring advantageous presentation and accurate descriptions of materials and services.-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and pursue new market opportunities.Track and understand residential and commercial construction cycles, from specification to product sale and delivery, providing appropriate information and support throughout all stages of project execution.-Develop consultative sales solutions and business plans, managing negotiations for promotional and special projects to ensure specification of products in design and architectural plans.

As a design consultant in a kitchen and bath showroom, my services consisted of working along side homeowners, designers and/or contractors with the finish selections in new construction and remodel projects. We address a variety of selections for their projects including an strong emphasis on plumbing fixtures, with the opportunities to also offer lighting, appliances, and cabinetry. I have worked on projects from small scale to full house, large scale projects. My involvement of a project also ranges from consulting on how to create an appropriate budget for a project to the comprehensive design experience. My involvement means the project will be attractive, budget friendly, and well coordinated. In October of 2013, Ferguson, awarded me with the a Presidents Gallery Award in recognition of being top 5% in sales out of hundreds of employees. I have a strong desire to create the best service experience for a customer and personally, I always enjoy the challenge of working on so many different types of projects.
