- Participation in the Pre Opening Project- In charge of the management of all the housekeeping team (50 people to 70 people)- Responsible of all the cleanliness of the hotel (front and back of the house, kitchen, SPA ...)- Recruitment and training of all the housekeeping team - Monitoring all the operating teams: housekeeping, laundry and public area team- Reporting to the head office - Calculating the usage factor for housekeeping supplies- Involved in the P&L Rooms and the forecasting P&L, reporting to DOR and GM- Involved in the monthly payroll for rooms- In charge of purchasing for the departement- Development specifications with suppliers- In charge of all the uniforms (Design, supply, implementations)- Supervision of all the flower design- Forcasting and supervising all the works relating to the rooms department - In charge of the implementation and compliance of Shangri-la policies and procedures.- Involved in CSR project- Trainer on SUPEX (Supervisory Excellence)
