YouView TV is a B2B & B2C connected TV service, a 7 way joint venture backed by the major broadcasters and ISPs. I joined YouView pre-launch with c.20 staff and, reporting to the CEO I have led the growth of the company through it’s early lifecycle. As a member of the senior team I work on a both an operational and strategic basic, playing a major role in shareholder engagement.

Providing full generalist HR consultancy services to a wide range of start up and steady state SME businesses within the Virgin Group predominantly in the UK & US, including Virgin Galactic Ltd & LLC, and the Virgin Unite Foundation. Reporting to the Head of HR and dotted line to company CEOs. The role is very broad, managing a wide range of stakeholders located internationally within a complex organisational structure. Major emphasis on talent & resoucing, employee relations and reward.

Secondment to manage the integration of a privately owned business in the Netherlands & Gemrany into the group following acquisition. Restructured company following role analysis, implemented new induction and basic training programme, brought reward scheme inline with parent company goals & objectives.

Developed, designed & implemented graduate recruitment scheme and training program for bi annual graduate intake. Managed cradle to grave recruitment process including advertising, campus recruitment, running assessment centres, interviewing and offer process.
