Hello! My name is Caroline and I am the Host of The Restored Mind Podcast and Life Coach with Painting Miracles, INC. I am a makeup turned fitness enthusiast and I believe that the way to overcome challenges in life is through a strong mindset built on the foundation that we can do all things through God. Philippians 4:13 is at the heart of The Restored Mind.The Restored Mind's Mission is to give listeners encouragement and courage to overcome their unique set of challenges. The podcast covers a multitude of topics in relation to mindset and also gives helpful tips that can be easily integrated into their everyday life. The objective is to put God first, read his word daily and let that be what satisfies the need for "more" leaving room for peace and joy that remain constant even through the hard things.
