Heartwood Hire was successfully sold in 2016 after significant growth in the first three years of operation. + Identified a gap in the market and setup the business.+ CFO for the business, setup appropriate systems and processes. + Developed the brand including website and social media management.+ Led the sales process achieving a successful outcome.

The Fowles Wine Group produces award winning wines for both domestic and international markets. Fowles Farm covers approximately 4500 acres of land in the Strathbogie Ranges, incorporating a prime lamb operation and vineyards. Commenced as a Financial Accountant and progressed to Financial Accounting Manager. As well as month end reporting and analysis, statutory obligations, budgeting, overseeing AP, AR and payroll; I managed several projects and worked closely with and reported to the CFO and CEO. + Solved and finalised a complex historical project through investigation and modelling. + Led successful grant application process which achieved approval and early release of funds. + Led data transition project during consolidation of entities. + Setup finance function for Fowles Wine (USA) Inc, including managing communication and relationships with offshore employees and contractors.

Joined the Assurance and Advisory Team and worked on various large scale projects.
