Within WSG I coordinated the development of the event website and registration platform. Together with the team at TRACX, I customised the event app and published the content. After working as an assistant coach for some years (2007-2012), I coached the club’s elite team including the student team at the regional sports program (NIU). Together with the athletes I created a structured development plan with strong emphasis on building a professional approach to sports that was motivation for the athletes and produced great competition results at the short course championships.

With a service orientation and problem solving skills, my colleagues and I took care of the gusts at Kebnekaise Mountain Lodge and I shared my knowledge and appreciation for outdoor activities and the high-alpine area. Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to do “what is needed” in any given situation was key to our success as we managed 4000 more guest nights than the previous summer season.
