Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities, and adapt readily to new challenges.Align people strategies to business goals, supporting and mentoring managers to achieve success through good people management and compliance to legislation, policies and procedures.Oversee and coach managers to conduct regular performance reviews that ensure everyone understands what is expected of them, ensuring employees have a sense of worth, belonging and purpose.
