Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities, and adapt readily to new challenges.Align people strategies to business goals, supporting and mentoring managers to achieve success through good people management and compliance to legislation, policies and procedures.Oversee and coach managers to conduct regular performance reviews that ensure everyone understands what is expected of them, ensuring employees have a sense of worth, belonging and purpose. Employees who feel good about the work they do and understand how their efforts help move the organisation forward help create and maintain an engaging, positive workplace culture.Coach managers on difficult conversations (or conduct them myself) ensuring letters, documentation and systems are correctly and efficiently updated and issued.
