I have negotiated leases and other related documents for both Landlords and Tenants. These leases vary - they can be short term at modest rent or for up to 25 years at significant rents or premium payments.I advise on construction contracts, deeds of appointment and collateral warranties for contractors, architects and surveyors.I act regularly for operators in the drinks, hospitality and leisure industry and have clients with both tied and free of tie pubs.Working for local residential developers I have been responsible for preparing the standardised legal pack to be used on all plot sales.
