I hold a Master of Business degree (Operations Management) from Nairobi University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University. I have over 12 years’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management both in the public sector and Private sector. My career started in Mombasa Water where I served in different positions, later I joined the Aviation Sector (Kenya Aerotech Ltd) as a Human Resource manager. I have also done consultation to support the Water Service Providers (Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company, Gusii Water and Sewerage Company and Kericho Water) in Talent acquisition and management, performance Management, Change and Culture management, Review of organization structures.
