Current- Manage all aspects of the US Army account relationship, project deliverables, profitability, and account growth including 25 accounts totaling $80M of spend/volume. Drove over $17M in cost savings for stakeholders in.
- Spearheaded development and implementation of a new program, in collaboration with the client, integrating new and existing accounts to create updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) resulting in a savings increase.
- Drive business development efforts and support new client acquisition, resulting in comprehensive experience with client-facing communication to deliver solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze client data and account characteristics to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate and assist on team projects, working with key stakeholders internally and externally, with an average of 5-6 projects per quarter.
- Lead monthly software training for clients in person and virtually, increasing user competency and expertise.
