Account Lead, U.S. Army Team
Current• Manage all aspects of the US Army account relationship, project deliverables, profitability, and account growth including 25 accounts totaling $80M of spend/volume. Drove over $17M in cost savings for stakeholders in 2023. • Spearheaded development and implementation of a new program, in collaboration with the client, integrating new and existing accounts to create updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) resulting in a savings increase of 6%.• Drive business development efforts and support new client acquisition, resulting in comprehensive experience with client-facing communication to deliver solutions.• Conduct market research and analyze client data and account characteristics to identify new opportunities.• Coordinate and assist on team projects, working with key stakeholders internally and externally, with an average of 5-6 projects per quarter.• Lead monthly software training for clients in person and virtually, increasing user competency and expertise.• Onboard and train new additions to the internal team to ensure smooth transitions, maintain team competency, and develop positive culture within the company.
