Participated in multiple releases of a new Product Lifecycle Design, ERP, CRM, and shop floor systems utilizing Dassault ENOVIA, SAP and SAP CAMS in several different capacities including project manager for three of the 4 releases, Data Conversion Lead and Solutions Architect. The new tools and processes were deployed globally. The implementation teams included up to 200 team members from all areas of the business. Budget and schedule were consistently maintained within program requirements for all areas of responsibility.

Managed the development of the Hosting Controls System (HCS), Radianz Customer Portal and Hosting Business Continuity Planning (BCP). The development environment included applications from Hewlett Packard, Veritas, Cisco and Remedy integrated together to provide proactive monitoring and lifecycle management. The customer portal provided a secure pathway for customers to view performance data. The presentation of the data was accomplished with minimal modifications to the backend systems.

Managed the development of Order Management applications, Web Applications, software infrastructure, and hardware infrastructure during the initial formation of the company. The application development utilized industry standard applications that provided the framework for processes integration. Applications included MetaSolv’s TBS, Portal Infranet an internally developed Oracle Forms application and a TIBCO bus as the middleware. Managed the support organization for both the Operational Support Systems (OSS) and the Business Support (BSS) systems.
