Where adults with developmental disabilities can enjoy a whole new experience of independence in a safe, monitored, affordable, permanent home.Currently in the early stages, Aspen House will serve adults with various diagnoses. Each resident will be provided personalized care in the form of their own Individualized Program Plan (IPP) based on their specific needs and desires. There will be 24 hour care in order to guarantee their safety.

We own and operate affordable housing in Pagosa Springs Colorado. We currently have 52 family units and 12 Elderly units that are subsidized by HUD.
