As a pastry chef and decorator, I have over two years of professional experience in creating and presenting delicious and artistic desserts for various clients and occasions. I am passionate about culinary arts and have a certificate in pastry arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, as well as a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing.Currently, I work as a pastry decorator at DONNIE'S DONUTS, LLC, and Pastry Chef at Sodexo Global Campus at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; where I design and execute custom-made pastries for orders and catering events. I also assist in managing the inventory, quality, and hygiene of the bakery. I have a strong sense of creativity and innovation, and I enjoy experimenting with new flavors and techniques. I am also proficient in web graphics design and have developed multiple websites for my own publications and projects.
