At Regrow, my career has come full circle with a deeper purpose to combat climate change through my work. Drawing on my background in the food system and experience in Enterprise SaaS, I help leading agribusiness, consumer goods and retail companies adopt technology to scale practices that reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and build agricultural resiliency in their value chains.Fueled by a life-long passion for sustainability, I spent the first decade of my career in B2B2C commercialization of some of the world’s top wine brands - luxury and consumer packaged goods dependent on agriculture. As a revenue leader and operator, I managed multiple sales channel teams, owned 8 figure P&L’s, expansion into new international markets and numerous digital transformation initiatives. I gained first-hand change management experience leading implementation of Enterprise tools and automation with my teams. In 2018, I made an intentional career pivot to technology to diversify my go-to-market and sales expertise.The through-lines of my non-linear career path that brought me to today are: my focus on building B2B customer relationships that produce mutually beneficial outcomes, maintaining a growth mindset and leading with big picture strategic thinking.
