I was in charge of the successful planning, execution and management of the 16th African Dairy Conference and Exhibition, utilizing expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, logistics, marketing, registration, team leadership, and post-event evaluation to ensure a seamless and successful event

• Was part of an expert team that facilitated several activities in relation to:(i) Drafting of a Harmonized Regional Dairy Development strategy(ii) Updating the East Africa national and regional dairy value chains(iii).
