Inside Sales Account Manager
CurrentProactively reach out to new and existing customers by telephone and email to achieve established sales and margin forecasts for the Inside territory by:Building relationships with new and existing customers by learning about their business and the application of our productsEducate customers about the Pipeline’s array of products and services that we can offer to improve their businessActively pursue business opportunities and leads with customers and document those calls in SalesforceRespond to customer web and call in leads within 24 hours being mindful of minimum order requirements and the “kill it & fill it” criteria for moving forward with leadsDocument new opportunities and log calls in Salesforce summarizing what was discussed and advising of next steps to move the opportunity forwardDevelop and maintain price pages for customers listing the products they buy including FOB points and lead timesReview and process new purchase orders in Oracle ensuring all information is accurateReview and follow up on existing orders to ensure they ship in a timely fashion and that any delays are communicated to the customerDocument complaints and credits in our Hindsight complaint systemLook up various products and send requested product information and samples to customersCollaborate with multiple departments for needed information on products, suppliers, and procedures
