I am a degree qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist and a fully accredited member of the IACP. I have six years professional experience providing therapeutic support to individuals and couples face to face and online via Skype.I established Believe Counselling & Psychotherapy in August 2013 as I am passionate about helping individuals to resolve issues that may be keeping them stuck so that they can create the life they want with confidence. I began working in private practice four years ago and I strictly adhere to the IACP's code of ethics. My approach is integrative and person centred. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves and transform their own life through greater awareness and change. I am passionate about helping individuals to work through their concerns and develop new life skills to keep them moving forward.As counsellor I utilise my skills and knowledge to work with a wide range of issues and tailor our sessions to suit your therapeutic needs.
