Life Coach at One to One Women Coaching Women. We assist women emerging from challenging circumstances to achieve their life goals. One to One is a 501(c)(3) international, virtual, volunteer organization that includes over 60 professionally trained life coaches. Coached several members of the Information Systems Project Management Team. We focused on: how to reach their full potential; clarifying their life and work goals; creating a plan on how to achieve those goals; and assisting them through to fruition; reducing stress and better management of their work load. Some of the results achieved by the individuals being coached were: less stress and improved overall health, ability to carve out the time to completed the PMI training and certification, improved communication skills, improved management and leadership skills and thus improved projects success and improved overall job satisfaction.

Project manager for several large global Information Systems projects. Most notably the implementation of the PeopleSoft Human Resources and Payroll system, the TV and Radio Ad Traffic and Billing system and the Accounts Receivable and Billing in-house system. My first role at Bloomberg was to develop the stand alone Accounts Receivable and Billing systems operating in New York, London and Tokyo into one global system. As the company and system grew rapidly I then hired, trained and managed a team of IT professionals. By the time this system was eventually replaced with SAP it was responsible for billing and processing Accounts Receivables for over 200,000 accounts and ensuring over $300 million a month was billed and received in as quickly and efficiently as possible. From this project I moved in to Project Management to lead global implementations of key internal systems in H.R, Finance, Facilities and Information Systems, managing large cross-department global teams from the US, Asia and Europe.
