Canopy Consulting was created specifically for non-profit organizations and churches, as well as some small businesses. The goal is to help non-profits be as effective as possible through examining organizational structure, practices, communication, and tying them directly to quantifiable end goals. I understand and appreciate the passion, care, and heart that non-profits use to fuel their organizations. However, I believe non-profits often miss opportunities to optimize. This is not for lack of trying, as their efforts are monumental, instead, these organizations are missing an outside perspective that could identify potential improvements.Canopy Consulting was formed to help non-profits "see the forest through the trees". Founders and employees at these organizations work diligently day in and day out. They are determined and focused on their role, or, "their tree" with many tending multiple "trees". We, at Canopy, want to help your organization, your people, and your cause thrive. We want to be the one who can step back from the single tree, paint a full picture of the entire eco-system, and guide you to a healthy, beautiful forest.
