My passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle allows us to enjoy travel, outdoor activities, living and maintaining a small farm and enjoying our light-sport aircraft flying over the incredible countryside with my husband.Since an early age, I have always been entrepreneurial. I grew up in a family business in Birmingham, Michigan. Later we moved to Phoenix, Arizona where I attended Arizona State University, married and worked in banking for seven years. I will always love the dry heat of the enchanting desert southwest. After several years of job promotions that had us moving around the country, we settled in the beautiful East Tennessee valley near the Great Smoky Mountains. This is where my love of fitness found a walking and hiking heaven. Our tourism business showcases the region and all the fun things to do in East Tennessee, a great avenue for sharing my love for the great outdoors.Working with doctors, I began coaching wellness to their patients. It is extremely rewarding to help people regain their health by incorporating healthy lifestyles. I started a national program online to help bring attention to the importance of good health. I'm happily married, I have two wonderful sons. I also have four amazing grandchildren. Today, I spend time as an online business owner and teach others to do the same through the power of social media. I enjoy connecting and working with entrepreneurial people from all over the world.
