I'm an operations specialist. I thrive on improving operating efficiencies using technology and improved workflow.  While my position isn't glamorous and often involves taking on tasks most people aren't interested in doing, my contributions build a solid foundation for an organization to operate successfully. I'm results-oriented, a people person, and a data geek. I possess a solid understanding of the moving parts within my current organization, especially considering I led the projects that automated and integrated our processes. As a result, I've earned the reputation as the go to person for information and to get things done. Taking on large projects and small administrative tasks at the same time are in my wheelhouse. Prior to this role, I ran my own business for several years utilizing many of the same skills that have contributed to success in my current position. My early career training as an operations analyst built the foundation for strong analytical skills and systems thinking that I've utilized throughout my career.  Outside of work, I'm a fitness enthusiast, avid hiker, enjoy family adventures and the challenge of monitoring my teenager's screen time:)
