The Leading Expert on Motivation-Based Interviewing:What is "motivation-based interviewing (or "MBI" for short)? It's a globally-used interviewing method that is simple, yet highly effective for hiring "High Performers." Traditional behavior-based interviewing training does an okay job teaching interviewers how to assess skills, but falls short when it comes to correctly assessing an candidate’s motivation.
