Upon assuming the position of Business Support Analyst, I expanded my focus to include the interface with the EMEA region, in addition to LATAM. My responsibility was to serve as Project Lead in multidisciplinary teams to optimize and harmonize processes, addressing complex problems that could impact the company’s operations. I led the implementation of a sales forecasting tool, focusing on training for commercial teams, management, regional leaders, and supply chain teams. I adapted the tool to each segment of the company, ensuring all users were well-trained. These initiatives improved operational efficiency in the LATAM and EMEA regions, strengthened collaboration among teams, and enhanced organizational performance, ensuring a more integrated approach to business support.

ollowing the restructuring of the Business Excellence department, we expanded our scope to the LATAM region, now under the name Operational Excellence, and I continued to manage projects and processes. My mission was to coordinate strategic projects focused on optimizing operations and improving the company's performance. New Market Access: I coordinated the implementation of actions aimed at increasing distributors' sell-out, in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial departments, utilizing agile methodologies and monthly progress reports. Customer Segmentation: In partnership with Commercial Excellence, I developed a workshop on customer segmentation and Service Level definitions, expanding a successful project from Brazil to Argentina and harmonizing processes across the LATAM region. Process Structuring - Procurement: I participated in the restructuring of supplier payment processes in Brazil and Argentina, creating clear workflows and instructions, which reduced the payment SLA and improved the accuracy of operations. These initiatives led to significant gains in terms of incremental profit, process harmonization, and reduced payment timelines, directly impacting the company's efficiency and performance across the LATAM region.

In the Business Excellence function, I contributed to projects focused on the company's core operations, driven by data and process optimization. My main objective was to enhance process efficiency, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions that aligned various business units and improved overall operational performance. Process Management: I conducted comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with HR, Commercial, and Finance departments. Additionally, I mapped and optimized processes for the Commercial team’s Incentive Plan, while creating and formalizing work instructions. Agile Projects: I co-led the development of a price collection app for in-store shelf monitoring, applying agile methodologies. This included the creation of a project guide, facilitating training for the Commercial team, and engaging with external partners to implement new features. Executive S&OP: I facilitated the Executive S&OP meeting in Brazil, providing direct interaction with senior leadership and contributing to the development of strategies for mitigating operational risks. Thees initiatives streamlined critical processes, mitigated operational risks, and delivered agile, effective solutions, which contributed directly to enhanced operational efficiency and cross-functional integration within the company.

The opportunity to be part of an internship program at a global company like Bayer provided me with a challenging, diverse, and intercultural environment, offering a solid foundation for my professional growth. Working in the market development area, played a role as a bridge between the strategy team (Marketing LATAM) and the field team (Field Solutions). Using tools like Microsoft Project, monitoring the projects and field operations, and sharing reports with leadership, facilitating decision-making. In a regional team position, I was able to practice other languages, such as Spanish and English, and experience different work forms and cultures.

O cursinho pré-universitário popular é um projeto financiado pela PROEX - Pró-Reitoria de Extensão, que tem como objetivo oferecer capacitação para jovens do ensino médio de forma gratuita com o intuito de ingressar na universidade pública, são lecionadas todas as matérias da grade curricular do terceiro ano do colegial, tive a oportunidade de lecionar a frente de Biologia, desenvolvendo atividades como desenvolvimento programático da matéria, aulas expositivas, dinâmicas de sala de aula e principalmente didática.

Tentando me desafiar, mudei meu cenário dentro da EJ concorrendo ao cargo de diretoria do departamento de projetos, já neste cargo pude desenvolver competências como liderança, gestão de equipe, coleta de dados, estratégia e gestão de projetos. Em relação à ferramentas desenvolvi conhecimento nas metodologias SRUM,5W2H, SWOT, WBS, PM Canvas e Análise de Riscos, OKR, Técnica SMART, Estrutura analítica do projeto (EAP), Mínimo produto viável (MVP).

No cargo de coordenadoria, desenvolvi habilidades com ferramentas de avaliações em processos seletivos como Fit cultural, desenvolvimento de dinâmicas individuas e em grupo, além de melhorar e supervisionar processos internos da EJ como contabilização de faltas e advertências.

Ingressei na Empresa Júnior no departamento de Gestão de pessoas, onde desenvolvi conhecimentos nas áreas de análise de cultura organizacional e na cultura de feedbacks, era responsável pela compilação de dados, e por consequência passar feedbacks para o restante da empresa. Durante meu período no departamento de GP também fiquei responsável por estruturar o conteúdo da Imersão feita pela EJ, lidando com cronogramas, conteúdo e liderança.
