Interacting with customer, subcontractors, engineers involving contracts, budgets, technical personnel, and training of 500+ workforce.• Financial Analysis of $938 million contract consisting of multiple task orders, 300+ subcontractors• Customer support; Resolve programmatic issues to maintain budget and on-schedule production.• Inventory support for procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, and vendor interface.• Human Resources new employee onboarding involving OMES II badging and security requirements, and technical training/certification and project lead coordination.STEM Employee Resource Group Communications Lead for STEM grants and outreach, providing 26,000 SAIC employees the opportunity for community outreach.

• Support the VA Director of Benefits and Memorials (BAM) Portfolio Management Office (PMO) with Information Technology (IT) lifecycle application and project management software development to benefit18 million Veterans. https://www.benefits.va.gov/benefits/• Draft executive communication for internal and external stakeholders for the VA Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), U.S. Congress, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) focusing on technical briefings and budget reconciliations delivered in an intense and deadline-driven environment.• Lead multi and internal cross-organization and information sharing and benchmarking for strategic planning, tactical implementation, and financial analyses for the VA BAM PMO portfolio.

Special Accomplishment: Received National Security Agency (NSA) Challenge Medal in March 2018. Achieved #1 national status by raising $4.9 million in 12 weeks, highest percentage of historical giving. • Direct project delivery of Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) workplace giving/pledging system impacting 110,000 federal employees;192 Federal Agencies.• Direct training, identification, recruitment, training and ongoing teamwork management of executive/senior management and campaign leaders. • Collaboratively generated campaign reports with financial information and program evaluation.

Engaged Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Headquarters, Washington, DC:• Directed FAA's Airspace Services Congressional communications for responses to several FAA groups including Next-Gen, Obstruction and Evaluation, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration.• Drafted technical responses and provided a critical path analysis to Congressional inquiries engaging the federally regulated National Air Space (NAS).• Directed and coordinated Congressional responses with FAA’s Office of the Administrator (AOA) and Air Traffic Organization (ATO) senior public officials.

• Designed, launched, and advanced a global corporate social responsibility program by engaging 3,300 employees in 50 countries on behalf of an international infrastructure software company charitably supporting 800,000 people worldwide. • Created and established global employee giving program.• Built, directed and implemented global STEM charitable giving program by providing 600+ educational grants in the areas of robotics, technology, water and sanitation systems, literacy, math and science curricula for students located in 18 countries on 6 continents , engaging country specific needs.• Leveraged extensive global network to enhance corporate business development initiatives.• Identified, selected and coordinated with global NGOs to provide matching financial contribution support for natural disaster recovery efforts.
