Starflight Dynamics overcomes this by growing ultra-high-quality wafer materials in space on solar-powered platforms in Low-Earth Orbit. Pet Anjo is a SaaS marketplace for pet services I founded in 2013. It is a complete app and web platform solution for professionals in over 300 Brazilian cities. It also qualifies dog walkers and pet sitters based on international certificates of animal care and wellbeing. In the first five years, it delivered over 200k services and worked with over 10k businesses partners, with a 4.8 rate customer experience. While I was the CEO, it achieved over US$700K in investment, bought a competitor company (PetHub), and reached an M&A deal. The company continues to thrive in the Brazilian market. In January 2015, Pet Anjo was Accelerated and invested by ACE Ventures (Former ACE Startups/Aceleratech), a Brazilian Seed Stage VC and former 3-time Best Latin American Accelerator, sub-organization of Draper Venture Network (USA).As a founder at my startup, I developed a product from ideation through launch. I managed its growth for over six years, leading an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, always focusing on customer needs and quality first.During the growth phase I managed several projects from initiation to closing, such as product launches, quality assurance, content and paid marketing, and customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. I led multiple projects, maintaining accurate project communication plans, documentation and timelines, having 1:1 syncs with stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks in ambiguous scenarios.Developed reports that secured over US$700K in investments, led the acquisition of a competitor company and closed an M&A deal with a LATAM player.
