Assisted logistics team for non-profit galas and corporate events at major venues from 100 to 1100 guests. Assist in event set up and break down, guest check-in, auctions, entertainment, seating as well as with administrative tasks pre and post event.

Planned, shopped, cooked and fed a super appreciative hungry television crew of approximately 65 folks all day long using the budget given, but I developed the menu. Vegans and gluten free eaters were always considered. Variety, creativity, maintaining the proper paperwork and structure are key. Best part was watching my folks enjoy my meals. Like bartending but with food.
