From the early days of personal computing, my journey in the IT world has been driven by a passion for the positive impact technology can have on our lives. This passion, rooted in my early fascination and strengthened by a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Sherbrooke, has guided me throughout my career.My path has been marked by significant achievements: becoming the first Canadian and first French-speaking Microsoft Certified Solution Architect in the world (2005), co-founding a digital transformation consulting firm specializing in insurance (2010), and launching an Innovation and Performance Center in Insurance at V-NEO (2015). Throughout my years of consulting, I served as a solution architect and strategic IT advisor, bringing my expertise to leading organizations like Air Canada, Hydro-Québec, Desjardins, and several ministries and agencies, while deepening my understanding of technology’s transformative power within large organizations.Starting my career in the 1990s, I witnessed the early applications of artificial intelligence and the opportunities they unlocked. However, the technological leap brought by generative AI is by far the greatest advancement I’ve seen in my career. Since the launch of ChatGPT by OpenAI in November 2022, I have closely followed the development of this revolutionary technology and its immense potential to change our world.Today, I am part-time engaged as a strategic advisor and head of products for a promising new startup. My journey continues, blending personal fulfillment with professional wisdom, and I look forward to seeing how this new technological era will lead us toward exciting new opportunities.
