Requested responsibility for the task of follow-up, incorporating an unpaid invoices collection process that resulted in approximately $200k of previously uncollected revenues from 2006 – 2011. Recommended and implemented quarterly statement layout to reduce pages per statement, printing and postage costs per piece, cutting costs by over 50% resulting in savings of approximately $40k annually. Volunteered to convert over 120 PDF participant and employer forms to writable formats, resulting in efficiencies for both plan sponsors and transaction staff. Converted 80-100 employer submitted 401(k) contribution listings to an online application. Developed training materials and conducted individual phone training sessions leading to 100% accuracy of employer submissions, saving 20 to 40 hours per week of staff time and verifiable employer 401(k) funding compliance.
