In 2016 I worked with the Overlea Community Association to create the Overlea ArtsFest, an annual family-friendly arts festival showcasing the local artists, filmmakers & performers of the greater Baltimore area. ArtsFest is a 3-day event held the 2nd weekend of August at Holt Park & Center for the Arts, with a juried art show, live performances, free artist workshops, kids' art activities and more. For a little over 20 years, I owned & managed a still photography studio in downtown Baltimore. We specialized in advertising work, model/actor/performer headshots & portfolios, and corporate promotional projects.

After completing the course in Makeup Artistry at Von Lee, I worked there as a Makeup Instructor, and redesigned their curriculum for TV/Video & Film Makeup Techniques.
