During the past 20 years, I have worn many hats in my career, from the most ‘number’ job as a FP&A, to the most ‘people’ job as a HR head and leading a 200+ staff size operations team in between. I've been enjoying the opportunities to contribute to the organization from different angles. As the new chapter of my career, i'm now the Director of Business Administration at Dehong International Chinese School, in charge of non-academic areas including Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Procurement. Dehong has a sister school relationship with Dulwich College International. I'm delighted to join this great team indulging in the passion of educating students that will make a difference in the world.
