I am a researcher, problem solver, system creator, and lover of processes, but I'm most satisfied when one of my passions finds its way to helping others.I followed my childhood dream of becoming a teacher but was disheartened to discover that all too often my hands were tied when it came to implementing the plans I believed would best serve my students. I left the classroom unsure of what my future would hold.In my quest to discover "what to do with my life," I stumbled across a start-up forging a new path in the area of teacher recruitment. It was a perfect fit! Each day brought new challenges, problems to solve and the need for new processes and systems to be created. It was an exciting time working alongside the founder to create marketing initiatives, training systems, performance review plans, and so much more. I was part of the core team that grew an idea into a virtual company with 30 employees nationwide. My work helped thousands of teachers find jobs.Fast forward 16 years and I'm working alongside the same founder to launch another start-up. Once again each day brings new challenges and the need for new processes to be created. I'm thrilled to be part of a growing company whose service is positively impacting the professional and personal lives of our clients every day.
