I'm teamed up with a wonderful crew of experienced filmmakers to create a new show for foodies- especially bakers- and travelers who love to combine lifestyle and dining. Our fresh-baked twist is the element of Artisan Baker Katie McNeil's expertise in teaching how to bake breads from around the world using sustainable ingredients. Set in a picturesque fishing town, we take field trips to gather fresh ingredients from fellow artisan cheese makers, berry-growers, organic farmers and seafood harvesters. From farm to table, the experience is delicious! Crab sandwich on fresh-baked Focaccia, anyone?
