• Keeping financial records, monitoring and balancing accounts by processing more than 80 physical and electronic systems invoices monthly across the Microsoft suite.• Monitoring cash flow and lines of credit, in order to report to the head financial board on a monthly basis.• Financial statements, budgeting and expenditure reporting, by preparing and utilising produced account books, ledgers, taxes, and accounting software packages every month.• Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and bank deposits of the whole organisation with more than 120 employees.• Reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements.• Verifying transactions and purchase invoices, in order to take action consequently and report any anomalies to management. • Preparing forms to reflect business tax entitlements and obligations, including goods and services tax paid and collected.

• Ensuring successful execution of contracts, programs, and projects, by overseeing contractual obligations, managing timelines, and facilitating effective communication between parties.• Establishing and refining office procedures, by assessing existing processes and allocating resources effectively, in order to maintain optimal efficiency. • Managing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings. As well as maintaining files, databases, and office supplies.• Cleaning and validating data for analysis, and monthly reporting it for decision-making, considering international high-quality standards and procedures.• Managing budgets, and generating monthly financial reports, in order to keep track of the expenses, stock management, and supply chain efficiency.
