As an Adrienne Arsht Intern, I support the renovation of the Michael C. Rockefeller Wing's Ancient Americam Art collection under the guidence of Met curators Joanne Pillsbury and Laura Filloy-Nadal.Throughout this project, I conducted research on several Mesoamerican artworks held in the department and published them as web labels, which can be found online in The Met's catalogue. In this same vein, I managed the progress of more than 600 web labels to be featured in the gallery's May 2025 reopening. Using Adobe PremierePro and InDesign, I also assisted in creating comprehensive graphics and presentations outlining The Met's digital resources for professors teaching courses in Ancient American Art. Additionally, I successfully transcribed a 19th century document from one of the collection's first donors to continue supporting a larger historiographical study of the museum and its collections.

Additionally, I engage with prospective and admitted UF students through guided campus tours and mentor programs. As the lead Editor for the Dinner + No Show, I am responsible for creating timelines and developing events to optimize student contributors for the publication's eighth volume, set to release in May 2025. For the publication's seventh volume published in April 2024, I successfully recruited 50+ student artists and writers while proofreading more than 30 essay contributions. From MFA candidates to business majors with an interest in the arts, I recruited a variety of UF students to contribute to D+NS. As an essay contributor in 2023, I published an essay on UF alumni Samantha Rodriguez, BFA. My contribution and promotion of the publication helped my promotion as an editor of the publication. In 2024, my essay investigated a conceptual artwork of UF undergrad Caswell Shamblin. Additionally, my artwork was featured in an essay written by UF undergrad Dylan Santana.

As a Gallery Intern, I managed 4MOST’s Instagram page and increased account engagement by more than 80% in nearly three months. Additionally, I collaborated with gallery photographers to share engaging posts highlighting current and retrospective exhibits held in the gallery.

I assisted MFA candidate Lucia Morales prepare for her upcoming August solo show held in Miami Beach Urban Studios titled Kaypi, Chaypi, Wakpi. To support Morales's discussion surrounding the immigrant experience and indigenous traditions in her solo debut, I performed historical and archival research, developed the exhibition website, and assisted in exhibition design and art handling to support Morales's thesis discussing Andean decoloniality and centering Quechua artistic practices from Ayacucho, Peru. Additionally, I managed Morales's studio space and online portfolio to support ongoing and completed art projects.

As a Community Programs intern at the Harn Museum of Art, I worked closely with education staff to develop and implement exhibition and collection-related art-making opportunities for family audiences within the museum.I researched, developed, and facilitated Tot Time and Art Cart programs for the Gainesville public. In preparation for these programs, I also created engaging signage for program facilitation suited to more than 300 children visitors aged 2+. Additionally, I collaborated with Harn exhibitions and museum educators to organize fun and educational art activities.

Provided free and accessible college and scholarship essay revisions for high school seniors. I also organized Q&A sessions where I shared my college experiences and offer information about financial aid and the college application process.During my time, about 80% of students were accepted into their first choice colleges, including USC, NYU Stern, UNC Chapel Hill, and Cornell University.

Provided free online tutoring for several AP courses. Courses included Art History, European History, Human Geography, English Language, English Literature, Spanish Language, and World History. I've helped almost 70% of students pass their AP Exams with a score of 3 or higher. During my service, I've successfully fostered a community of intellectual curiosity amongst US and international high school students. I also provided high school advising by hosting Q&A sessions for students. In February 2022, I was recognized as an Honorable member for my contributions as a tutor on the AP Students platform.
