Produce weekly and monthly reporting for US, and coordinate weekly and monthly regional reporting for US and Canada (ECCO Americas). Cascade wholesale sales plans to sales management and sales reps by establishing monthly, seasonal and annual goals by branding division. Utilize and update the Sales Force Deployment model for account assignments and balancing sales reps’ workload.

In newly established position, created and implemented training and development strategy for wholesale and retail businesses of ECCO USA and ECCO Canada. Collaborated with Global HR Group in Denmark. Facilitated management development, performance management, onboarding, and strategic business planning.

Promoted to Manager of Retail Operations. Directed and supervised all aspects of 20-store retail operation to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and control expenses.Responsible for training and development as well as retail employee relations, including progressive discipline documentation. Supported district managers in recruiting and hiring store management. Conducted and concluded loss prevention and harassment investigations to minimize risk and uphold corporate ethics.

Responsible for training and development, administration and employee relations for 130+ employees.
