Sports and the outdoors are a great way of life!! Swimming in college, outrigger paddling in Hawaii, sailing across the pacific, mountain biking in Southern Oregon... being active and outside has always been good for my soul 😊 Sports medicine was a natural career direction for me BUT after 20 years in the clinical biz I am EXCITED to announce I will be taking my expertise online to reach a broader audience! During the COVID epidemic I obtained my Health and Wellness Coaching certificate in 2021 and am finally putting it to use. My NEW BUSINESS, "Forever Fit MD" will focus on helping middle aged active women prevent injuries and thrive in their middle aged years with the zest and energy they crave! I hear too many women say, “Oh I’m just getting older” and think life and sports as they know it are over. WELL, I’m out to change that limiting belief and keep you ladies going for it! 🙌##Currently open to 1:1 coaching sessions. Feel free to message me!##
