Lead and run scheduled project gate reviews to keep teams on target, provide weekly checkpoints with project leads. Provide on-going and just-in-time project management on high profile, complex projects with multiple teams delivering business-critical results. Lead analytical reviews and process improvements of various equipment inventories, onboarding and offboarding employees’ processes. Coordinate across many disciplines of IT and business units for financial, ISO27001 and PCI audits.
