• Provide SME support for Digital Billing team to monitor & control the streaming conversions to support of the migration of post-paid and pre-paid legacy Sprint billing customers to T-Mobile billing system and provide a high-level statistic of conversions to the business users designed to support multiple conversion products• Support operations frontier for digital billing backend support for Tier 1 escalation P1 and P2 and Tier2 support and monitor program risks and issues ensure the appropriate level of priority visibility and escalation. Work with subject matter experts to determine root cause, create and purpose migration plans.• Use real-time monitoring dashboards for visualization of the conversions by tracking the various stages of BANs under conversion and the API alerts• Use real time monitoring of different systems involved in conversion like API alerts, Postman, Deep.io, Splunk, AMIL, etc.• Use Integrated Utilities to access external systems (resources/documents/dashboards) available across the systems associated with conversion• Initiate and execute initiatives to improve functional processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the organization• Provide support of operational readiness and conformance team to global operational standards for the Sprint merger• Helped triage issues using PIER and JIRA tickets and creation in case of SLA Expiration etc.• Provided technical support for users on system issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software applications, skills analysis, tools, testing to resolve problems and project methodologies.

For Verizon, Carolyn tested billing and FTTP applications. She utilized the Mercury system to develop, review, and update test cases. Carolyn performed web-based manual and regression testing to confirm the integrity of all code modifications. She monitored faults till resolution to guarantee a successful release.
