Professionally I have worn many hats and know that through my quick learning and determined spirit I can master any task put in front of me. I enjoy being challenged and learning new processes and procedures. I started in accounting/accounts payable back in 2006 working for an Advertising company and soon started working in the mortgage industry. I worked at Evergreen Home Loans as a Shipping coordinator and within a couple months was promoted to Purchasing Coordinator. I worked with investors such as Countrywide, Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan Chase, Citibank and many more. I worked to clear any post-closing conditions diligently against a strict time frame for both convention and government loans. I have also specialized in MERS registrations and first payment procedures. I then moved to the financial field. Daily I kept QuickBooks updated with invoicing, bills and credit card statements. I also was incharge of payroll for employees as well as contractors. I worked with filing femployee out of state tax id’s and unemployment id’s as well as doing a company re-class to better organize quarterly bonuses and budget forecasting for the future of the company.
