Worked with various community leaders and affordable housing providers regarding the types and amounts of grants (totaling nearly $3Million dollars) that Tamalpais Pacific could provide for possible developments and support services for low- and very low- income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Established the structure and processees of TamPacific. Drafted various documents including application, reporting, and monitoring forms, as well as the transactional agreements for grants approved by the Board of Trustees. Worked with our outside accounting and investment firms.
