Promoted to Pool Manager in 2020• Trained as a CPR and First Aid certified lifeguard to monitor the safety of daily patrons. • Executed quick responses to various potentially dangerous situations while effectively communicating with fellow lifeguards.• Implemented creative and differentiating teaching techniques to accommodate individual impediments to success in swim lessons such as fear, panic, and in one case, hearing impairment.• Designed the facility’s first parent and child comprehensive water introduction class.
